Looking to host an outdoor event that's sheltered from the elements and stylish at the same time? Look no further than our marquee hire service. Our marquees are the perfect solution for any outdoor event, whether it's a wedding, a corporate event, or a backyard party. WHAT WE PROVIDE - 1 Marquee (6x3) - Water weights for concrete flooring (to hold down Marquee) - Metal pins for grass flooring (to hold down Marquee) - Side walls (both 6m & 3m)are optional on request
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and unexpected circumstances may arise. To provide clarity and ensure fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Period: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled event or reservation date. Refund Policy: You will be required to pay the full amount of the order unless provided a refund under the below circumstances. - Full Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of booking. - Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. - No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via firstchoicepartyhire@outlook.com The cancellation date is the date on which the written request is received. Rescheduling: In lieu of a refund, clients may opt to reschedule their event based on availability. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events, both parties reserve the right to discuss and negotiate alternative arrangements. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of First Choice Party Hire Pty Ltd. Please contact us directly to discuss any special circumstances.
